At your designated time a representative will contact you to start a 1 on 1 screen sharing session
Please do not have anything else running /open on your computer screen at that time
You will need to download and run our diagnostic tool from Rapid Fire Tools.
You will get best results if run with Administrator access.
The scan will take between 10 – 20 min depending on your computers resources
You can ask any questions of your representative and they will discuss with you AHT product lines which may be of interest to you.

Once the scan is complete we will upload your scan results to our systems to generate the reports for you, and share the results. At which time you can share them with your existing IT team or we will be happy to schedule a time for 1 of our technicians to come out and resolve the issue for you.

If you are pleased with the results we hope you will consider working with us under 1 of our service contracts.
